!FUNNY OLD DAY...really...cloudburst at 06.30 caught me only half prepared...there was lotsa blue sky about...then this one blackun opened up and had me scrambling...for my cape...didnt last long...continued off and on until early afternoon...then...

?ON ME BIKE...and round the bar...back just after five...nice ride under blue skies...bit muddy in places...cober well up...must have topped up the stithians reservoir a few cms...

?FIVE...yes still five...apparently the two on the small penrose pond have had eight cygnets...havent seen them in passing...the den&mam family now expanding rapidly...twenty-seven i counted on loe pool a year or so ago...it was like a family reunion...
